Initial Consultation

• Let's meet so we can get to know eachother!   
• Styling and designing of event
• Plan and document your time, date and place of your wedding or event
• Overview and education (We always answer calls. We are there to answer question from beginning to end.)
• You have homework (Go home and think about what music you are interested in having for your wedding, event and special dances)

 Pre-Event Consultation

• Wedding etiquette guidance
• Plan and document music choices
• Plan your V.I.P guest seating and your Wedding Party entrance
• Plan your special music selections
• Discuss your special events (toast, bouquet and garter toss, first dance, etc)

Day of Event

• Music set up and playing prior to your guests arriving
• Instruct and oversee all VIP guests and Wedding Party
• Assist bride with dress prior to "walking down the isle" 
• Work closely with all vendors and professionals (Including photographers and caterers)
• Ensure everything runs as planned
• Supervise ceremony precessional and entire reception
• Attend to guests' special requests
• Create a magical event!
